Would your customers like to have direct access to FloraMondo? You can offer your customers that service with FloraMondo customer accounts. Mark-ups can now also be implemented. Besides granting access, it is now also possible to assign a mark-up to a customer account. This allows you to organize your business as efficiently as possible and apply different prices for each customer.
How does the mark-up feature work? You determine per customer account whether a mark-up applies and if so, what the mark-up will be. When setting a mark-up, you determine for each customer account which price the customer will see. This is done by applying a freely determined percentage to the price per item. The customer account then sees a notification on his market place and also sees a total price (not the original price).
Thomas Plukkaard from IBH Export states: "The mark-up system enables us to determine per customer type how high we want the margin to be. Sometimes, with small customers, it can be higher."
In control at all times
With a customer account, you give your customers access to FloraMondo in a safe way. Your customer is still your customer, because all orders and communications go through you. You determine the settings per customer, such as the delivery location, the purchase limits and the sales channels (Clock Presales, Direct Sales). This way, your customers can order even faster and more easily without you running any risk.
